As you help Luka look into the strange happenings at Beacon Pines, you’ll collect special golden charms, each with a word engraved on them. These charms can be used during certain pivotal moments in the narrative for filling in the blank word and drastically change everything in the next chapter.
As the book’s reader You’ll follow the story’s pivotal moments using The Chronicle: an interactive story tree that branches and expands depending on your choice. The exploration of one particular set of events could unlock new charms that you can use on another branch.
