This is GameVoice of Cards: About the Forsaken Maiden. She is situated on a remote chain of islands, which have been guarded by maidens over generations but are now in danger of being destroyed. The protagonist of the tale is determined to save his people living on the islands and sails off to the seas high, with Laty one of the girls that failed to be the maiden.
